Rewipe See what one photo
reveals about you

Hidden GPS, device tags, and what’s on screen travel with the original. Snap a photo — Rewipe shows the risk, then wipes it before you share.

Three steps. Same flow as the Rewipe app.

01

Library or Files — one shot or a whole batch. Rewipe queues them on your phone.

02

See what’s leaking

GPS, capture time, device name, and what’s visible in the frame — scored by severity.

03

Wipe before you share

Strip hidden tags in one tap. Share a clean copy without giving away your home or routine.

Hidden in the file. Visible in the shot.

Hidden in the file

GPS, capture time, and device name travel with every share — even when the photo looks fine.

Visible in the shot

Faces, IDs, and plates stay in the pixels. Pro Smart Vision flags them before you send.

What’s on screen — Pro Smart Vision flags it before you share.

Know what a new shot reveals

Auto-protect watches your library. A photo or screenshot lands — Rewipe scans it on your phone and taps you with what it found.

Your photos stay yours

01

Scanned on your device

Metadata never leaves your phone for a scan. Library access is read-only.

02

You choose what gets wiped

Nothing is cleaned until you tap. Share a scrubbed copy — keep the original.

03

Hide previews on screen record

When you capture your screen, previews stay hidden so nothing accidental leaks.

FAQ

What does Rewipe do?

Rewipe scans photos and videos for privacy risks — hidden metadata like GPS and device tags, plus things visible in the frame such as faces, IDs, or plates — then helps you wipe what you don’t want shared.

Does Rewipe upload my photos?

No. Your photos stay on your device. Rewipe does not store your photos on a server — scans and results live locally on your phone.

What metadata can leak from a photo?

Common leaks include GPS coordinates, capture time, device or computer name, and software tags. Even when a picture looks fine, that data can travel with every share.
